Why the hell it is necessary to prevent an application from starting? A message informing about possibly encountering issues due to incompartible gfx drivers would have been enough. I searched for a solution for quite a while, tried to uninstall (AMD uninstaller as well as DDU) and reinstalled the graphics drivers and even tried the registry workaround - with no effect. The card runs seamlessly with all other applications including benchmark software or Ghost Recon Wildlands.
